The friendliness of the staff was a highlight and truly enhanced the experience, but the slow service and lack of essential items were frustrating. Cleanliness is key, yet there were instances of unresponsiveness that marred an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The King Room had a comfortable layout, perfect for unwinding after a long day. It came with a spacious balcony that offered a chance to take in the surroundings.
Unfortunately, the experience had its downsides. The room felt outdated with visible wear and tear that was quite off-putting. The view was lackluster, facing an empty expanse rather than any picturesque scenery. There were also notable cleanliness issues, with dust and insects present in the room. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, lacking proper maintenance, while the pool was closed for a full day due to ongoing maintenance despite being expected to be open. the breakfast selection was subpar, with the turkey bacon tasting off and limited variety in desserts. All in all, it felt like a place that hasn't kept up with the current times.

Unexpectedly delightful beach access
The serene beach so close to the hotel made our mornings magical, perfect for peaceful walks. Zahid's exceptional service at the front desk made check-in a breeze.
The room cleanliness left much to be desired. Dust was prevalent, and we found some insects, which certainly dampened our experience.

Staying in the King Room was awesome! It had a lovely balcony and was super comfy. The decor felt a bit outdated, but the bed was cozy enough for a good night's sleep. The view from the balcony? Totally worth it. Just wish the receptionist at check-in was a bit more organized. it got kinda hectic. But still, a nice spot overall!

Calm vibes and friendly staff!
We stayed for a night and loved the chill atmosphere. The room was neat and comfy. Jen at the front desk was super helpful and eased our worries after we were delayed. The poolside snack bar was a nice touch, too! Just wish the air con worked better—it was a bit stuffy at night.
