The room was large with breakfast included, everything was nice. The pool was nice and I had alcoholic drinks in the outdoor bar. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

The hotel was located near the United Arab Emirates and the Mall and all the services. Also, location was quiet, just 5 minutes walk from Ras al Khaimah Beach. Furthermore, right next to the entertainment.

Disappointing aspect was not clean bathroom.

The triple room I stayed in was neat and fabulous. the hotel is conveniently located near Al Hamra Golf Club and the beach. Le Chalet, where I had shots before bed, is within walking distance from the hotel.

Easy check-in as we arrived early. Got a room with a balcony, which was a nice touch! the staff were friendly and helpful :)

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and deserves its 4 stars. The staff are very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. They offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The setting is magnificent, so close to Al Hamra Golf Club, all locations, and the shops. Al Hamra Village district is worth seeing.

This place has a great location close to the beach and nearby shops, avenues, and restaurants, and we really loved our rooms with a balcony.

The room had a cozy queen size bed, the peaceful location allowed for easy access to the beach, and there was also an outdoor bar on-site.
